Sören Birke

Chairman, Kesselhaus & Maschinenhaus Kulturbrauerei

Sören Birke has been managing director of “Consense Gesellschaft zur Förderung von Kultur mbH” with the Kesselhaus & Maschinenhaus der Kulturbrauerei Berlin since 2002. As chairman of the supervisory board of the Berlin Music Commission, as well as a musician and author, Birke is actively involved in the Berlin club and music scene. He initiated the campaign MUSIC 2020 BERLIN and the MUSIC BOARD BERLIN and is co-founder of “CIB – Creative Industries Berlin e.V.” and board member of Pfefferwerk e.V. as well as organizer of the festival “Zungenschlag” at “Podewil – Center for Contemporary Art” in Berlin.

Flo Blokesch

Flo Blokesch was born and raised in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg, Wasserturm. As a true child of this creative city, music has always played a dominant role in his life. Since 2009, this passion has turned into a calling, which led to his current role as an independent music agent and artist manager. In the exercise of his professione, he focuses on artist development and alignment of according careers, with an emphasis on the digital world, that are available for musicians, bands and clients in 2020.

His customers include do-it-yourself-musicians, record labels, publishing and distribution companies. His special skill is exploiting the YouTube universe, why he’s administering quite a few well known channels.

Administratively, Flo works under the roof of BENDITentertainment. This management agency with a focus on ad music, music publishing and several management services, has also equipped him with memberships for SUISA, GEMA & GVL, “Preis für Popkultur“ and introduced him to the association of Music Managers and Consultants e.V. (IMUC.de / IMMF.com – International Music Managers Forum).

Flo Blokesch ran for the supervisory board, to ensure that the interests of mature digital natives are well represented.

Andrew Campbell

Steam Music Management

Andrew Campbell, born in 1969 in West Berlin, Germany is a music publishing manager, PR specialist, consultant & artists manager. He is Co-founder of Gordeon Music Promotion and later the label G-Records. In 2007 Andrew founded the publishing company Edition JA and recently the management and publishing company Steam Music Management & Publishing. As well as all of this, Andrew also worked as a radio promoter for companies such as SPV, V2 Records, Koch International and others.

Tom Kurth

Native Instruments

Tom Kurth is attorney and Chief Legal Officer of Native Instruments. As a member of the Executive Team he is also responsible for Public Affairs Berlin and therefore the networking of Native Instruments with Berlin’s music and creative Industry and politics.

Rosita Kürbis

Vice-Chairman, Funding consultant & trainer – dein Projekt | deine Förderung

Since 2016, Rosita Kuerbis has been advising companies, cultural workers and institutions on funding issues and accompanies funded projects and schemes at state, federal and EU level.

Since 2004, her professional experience includes the identification and application for funding, the supervision and accounting of federal and state project funding, project support on an international level, as well as the development of EU funding programs and awards as former German representative of the German music export agency German Sounds at the European Music Office, Brussels (2004-2007, Program: ETEP, Award: EBBA).

Her clients (workshops and trainings) are funding institutions, universities, educational and training institutions, companies as well as foundations from the creative industries (Hamburg), music industry (Berlin) and NPOs (HH, M-V).
