Coach, musician, teacher for intercultural professional training and active in culture politics.
He would like to support the BMC and music scene by sharing his coaching on topics of interculturality, diversity, teamwork and songwriting.
As psychologist (B.A.) and systemic coach focused on job and carrier perspectives (member of QRC Qualitätsring Coaching und Beratung e.V.) he loves to encourage people and teams to identify together their creative possibilities. How do we create a sustainable process, a structured layout and a shared vision?
His focus is on intercultural and diverse teams, because they play a key role in these days: How do we achieve to create something meaningful, because and not despite of our differences in culture, age or gender. He learns about this topic every day at his work as a teacher of intercultural professional training at “Gesellschaft für Interkulturelles Zusammenleben gGmbH. Before, he studied “Intercultural Communication” (M.A.) in Frankfurt (Oder), where he specialized in intercultural music projects. Afterwards he gained experience in the field of intercultural youth work.
As a songwriter for 15 years himself and a member of three current band projects he also coaches upcoming songwriters and bands in the process of manifesting first ideas into actual songs with structure, atmosphere and authenticity. Together with a colleague he develops an action plan, records demo songs and is a constant contact person giving feedback for the musician. Above all they recognize the musicians´ individual potential and USP.
He is active in culture politics as a co-(author) of two publications on intercultural music projects, as a member of Kulturpolitische Gesellschaft e.V and doing voluntary work on festivals in Berlin and Frankfurt (Oder).
In the future he likes to connect coaching, music and interculturality further. He offers experience and is looking forward to new projects in terms of (intercultural) team coaching, intercultural music projects and songwriting workshops.
