medialpool stands for the environmentally friendly and socially acceptable design of conferences and events and has firmly integrated the idea of sustainability into its own working methods.
Our own developed sustainability guideline accompanies the project managers and customers transparently through all project phases. This enables us to demonstrably increase the effectiveness and reduce the ecological footprint of our events. We sound out products, services, technology and equipment according to environmental aspects and select them according to sustainable criteria.
Materials that are no longer used are made available at upcycling interfaces for further processing. Over 60% of our fleet consists of vehicles with alternative drive systems. We form carpools, use public transport and largely do without booking flights. mediapool attaches great importance to social sustainability and accessibility.
The agency includes representatives for women* and equal opportunities, sustainability and disabled persons. Through flexible working time models a good compatibility of work and family is guaranteed.
