She started her career as a promoter and event producer in Toronto. In Dubai, she spent three years in a creative music agency working in brand management and PR for leading brands such as Nokia, National Geographic, Puma and Carolina Herrera. In 2011, Lindi moved to Berlin to develop techno heavyweight Chris Liebing's CLR label nights worldwide. She took on the position of Brand Manager & Event Director at Lee Burridge's All Day I Dream venture. In late 2016, Lindi founded her management agency, De Light Management, which focuses on brand and showcase management. The agency represents top brands Life and Death and Rekids. At the end of 2019, an additional artist management division was established. She was recently elected as a board member of the Association for Electronic Music in the Live Sector.
