The Board of Trustees

The eight-person board of trustees, acts as a creative and advisory committee, suggesting, discussing and recommending projects and priorities.

Katja Lucker (Chairwoman, Idee Konzept Kultur / Kesselhaus)

Since 1997 Katja Lucker has been a self-employed culture manager in Berlin. She curates/produces festivals, multi-genre projects and concerts with an emphasis on Eastern European, French and contemporary music. She is the chairman of the Kulturbrauerei, and oversees the programming of its venues.

Christian Morin (Headquarter Entertainment)

Christian Morin is the owner and booking agent for the Headquarter Entertainment agency.

Anna Mechelhoff (Piranha Kultur)

Anna Mechelhoff is a cultural scientist, world traveler and night owl. She is a project manager at Piranha Kultur GmbH and artistic director of the HeimatKlänge Festival.

Peter Hayo (Get Physical)

Peter Hayo is one of the six founders and shareholders in the Berlin label Get Physical. As managing director of the Perky Park Music production company, he has been active in the music business for over 20 years, both as a composer and producer.

Simone Hofmann (Fête Company)

Simone Hofmann is managing director of the Fête Company, which since 1995 has organised the international music day, Fête de la Musique.

Thomas Morr (Morr Music)

Thomas Morr began his career in the music industry 1998, working on distribution for the label Hausmusik, based in the Baverian town of Landsberg am Lech. By 1999 he had already founded his own record company, Morr Music, where he is managing director and A&R.
