Olaf “Gemse” Kretschmar (CEO)
Marketing and philosophy graduate Kretschmar founded the Club Delicious Doughnuts in 1993, which he ran for four years. In 1997 he opened his second club oxymoron in the Hackeschen Höfen, and until 2007 was the managing director and booker for the event organisation. In 2000 he became a founding member of Berlin’s clubcommission, and from 2002-2008 was its managing director and press spokesman. He is the project leader of the Europäische Clubnacht and from 2003-2007 he was co-publisher and columnist for clubbing magazine Freshguide. Since 2008 he has been a columnist for the Nachtleben Berlin magazine.

Julia Rohrbeck (executive assistant)
Since april 2010, Julia Rohrbeck is a clustermanagement assistance. She was employed at the Berlin International Film Festival in 2009 and 2010 in the communication and marketing department. As a native citizen of Berlin, the music- and mediamanager already supervised various music projects, amongst others the SO KLINGT BERLIN Bandcontest 2008.
Tim Leginski (apprentice)
Tim Leginski assists and supports with his technical knowledge from the previous training as a media assistant the projects of the Berlin Music Commission. By the way he acts in a young Berlin techno label as a booker and artist.
