World, look upon this city: Berlin definitely needs no wall.

What Berlin needs is a festival. Where East and West once met, where Japanese travellers eat their first currywurst and where there’s no closing time – right in the heart of the city.

The name says it all: Berlin Festival is not your common or garden festival. Not a good place for sleepy sunsets, but a good place to tear down the walls between musical styles, unite diverse scenes and create something entirely new.

Berlin is a growing city. That will be reflected in the new edition of the festival.
